I believe my f150 has a 8.8 its a 1999 its got 3.55 gears, just wandering if the 4.10s put of my ranger will fit?
Yes, 8.8 gears are all the same.
The gears will, unless you put a 31 spline 8.8 in your ranger, the carrier wont.So everything will swap right into my f150?

Maybe not the gears themselves (although they have been known to grenade), but the cross-pin doesn't appreciate a 4.0.The larger ring gear is to handle the 4.0 torque, but it really isn't needed as a 7.5 is in no danger of being harmed by a 4.0.
No. The Ranger 8.8 is like a hybrid 7.5/8.8. The larger ring gear is to handle the 4.0 torque, but it really isn't needed as a 7.5 is in no danger of being harmed by a 4.0. The 8.8 shares the 7.5 axles and the load rating is the same as the 7.5--being a semi-float, the load is carried on the axle shafts.
The Explorer has a real 8.8, and the FX4 Ranger.
