Grab the linkage just to be safe, if yours doesn't take the M5OD/A4LD transmission linkage it will take that one.
And that counts for that little arm on the t-case too. If it is retained by a nut you can just switch them, if it isn't you will need the t-case too.
Might even make a little money on some sucker that goes to put a C5 in his truck and realizes that the stock linkage is nothing close to working (like me). They are not overly common to find anymore.
I need a TK5, because its stronger and shorter than my FM. But it has to have an internal slave. If you go back, take a picture of the pan and send it to me. I will need the linkage too. And the floor pan.
