maybe I am a purist, and I in no way mean this in a derogatory manor, but I REALLY dont like the new look. IMO it's like its trying too hard; side pipes and newer pony wheels and altezza lights dont go together, its doesnt flow. I much preferred it before all of this.

Definitely like some of the mods and fabbing you're doing man, your truck is nice for sure. I think that thing is begging to be lowered though!

Hey, that's cool man. Everyone has different opinions. You like the natural, factory looks of the Ranger, and I wanted to go to the next step. I like it, and in the end, it's all that matters.

They are plastic. I don't know if they even make a glass set? I do know that these are fairly new to the market.

Thanks! And.....no. I will not lower this truck. I think it sits plenty low, and I'm not the biggest fan of lowered trucks. Stock and lifted, yes. Lowered, nah. I got it set juuuuuuuuuuuuuust right for what I want.

I will say this: I get oodles more traction and it handles like a racecar. I LOVE it!!

Well, took the ol' girl to it's first street cruise since the remodel. Lots of looks, some of confusion, others of "SWEETNESS!!!"

I did notice something though, I sure am glad I put my cutouts on this AND integrated them into the side exhaust. Sounded AWESOME!!

MY PS pump is shot! That's what happens when you run it empty for a few minutes... Ah, well. I got funds laying around for it.


I also made up another "poem" for it. It's not true(yet), but it's pretty good!

I just bought my Honda Civic,

and I don't care if you're a critic,

Because my Honda is fast and cool,

Even though I've never worked on it with a tool,

It's all new in paint, fiberglass, and a big wing,

It's even ready to step in the ring,

I'm at the track thinking I'm a big shot,

Because I'm gonna give my opponent all I've got,

It's my turn to the tree,

And I know it's all about me,

Then I hear this sound of a muscle car,

I looked to the right with my jaw ajar,

A little red Ranger rolled up; of unusual types,

Cobra rims, sparkly paint, and chrome sidepipes,

That truck had a non-factory rumble to it,

Like this guy installed a motor that's not supposed to fit,

I looked it over and saw the "302" decal,

And I said "I'm gonna take you down, pal!",

He didn't look at me or my car that was mint,

He rapped his pipes to give me the hint,

The tree was yellow, yellow, yellow, green,

I took off like an angry bean,

I was ahead with nothing but smoke in my mirror,

But his motor was starting to sound clearer,

He sped past me with his exhaust in a roar,

I almost thought he blew off my passenger door,

His taillights got ever so smaller,

So I punched my steering wheel with a holler,

The race was over;that much I knew,

But I wanted to know what made him flew,

I asked him what was under the hood,

All he said was "It's something really good"

"but until you throw that crap heap away,

You won't find out till another day",

He sped off with my win and pride,

And I sat there and cried,

So I got rid of it and bought a V-8 S-10,

and waited until he wanted to go again,........

utter envy is flowing from my body. someday I'll have a FI V8 Ranger like yours my good sir!! probably won't find one in PA with an immaculate body like that one though. Keep up the good work I like your taste and fab skills
