Two Candles Powering a Light Bulb, and then a 3V Motor?

Check out this video that was sent to me. This looks like some type of made up stuff you'd see on MacGuyver. I'm a skeptic, but this still looks like an experiment I need to try. It does seem pointless to use a candle to power a light bulb though.

The candle wax is a pretty good insulator. The candles just have to be burning so the electricity can see where to go.
Candle wax is pretty hard stuff. Try pushing a nail into one that large unless a hole is already drilled. In fact, try hammering a nail that size into a candle that size and see what happens.

Well I have heard that you can get small amounts of electricity from 2 different temperature masses, but generally it's been very large differences, and very minimal electricity.

He is using an LED bulb though, you can tell from the beam pattern when he picks it up.

I might waste some time at work trying this, it's not like it takes a major investment. Still skeptical though.

You can get electricity from lemons and potatoes!
