I'd still have to remove the ball joints from my knuckles and install them on the other knuckles. Might as well put new ones in.

will the calipers swap over? i'd be interested in getting some dual pistons for mine

The knuckles are different.

i'd swap the knuckles, grab an impact and BJ press and switch them out

Have you welded your diff yet?

Personally, I would be patient and get a lunchbox locker. They make a big difference in a DD, when in parking lots and such. If it weren't your DD, I'd suggest welding it.

But it's all looking good so far.

It will only be temporary. Once I have some funds for a locker I'll pick up another carrier and have the ring gear installed on it. Probably going to start driving the Focus more anyway because of gas prices.

Successful trip to the u-pull today. Picked up a front driveshaft for a spare, 2 sets of ZJ steering (upgrading my XJ steering plus a spare), B2 interior spare tire carrier, and a 3 spoke Mustang rim for my other spare.

Also made it to O'reilly. Picked up some breather hose for axles, RTV, couple u-joints, and some leaf spring shims.

Ready to get serious about tearing into the B2.

thought the driver side thing is as big as the drag link right??? is that the v8's?

I'll take a pic of both when I get it out.

I started welding the rear last nght, but I ran out of wire.

so that'll work on an RBV?

I cut a little too much off, then they settled so they were way too short. It was a nice $150 mistake. But I have another set sitting in the garage ready to go.
