Hey everyone;
I just had the TK5 trannny rebuilt and figured it's a good time to replace the clutch assembly, clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder.
According to the 4 "how to" manuals I've got (Chiltons - 2 different editions, a Haynes, and a Clymer)there's no way to bleed the system, as it's supposed to be sold as a complete pre-bled assembly.
Found a video by Perfection on doing a bench bleed - except mine, an '84, doesn't have a bleeder valve on slave cylinder.
Tech section has an article, but same thing - later models apparently have a bleeder valve at slave cylinder.
Confusion and frustration reigns.....................
anybody out there got any ideas ??
