Hey, whats up.
New to here and to the Ranger
Hiope to be around a while and learn a few things about them. :)

Got a good deal on it and couldnt pass it up
1998 Ranger XLT
2WD
5 speed Manual
4cyl. (not sure which)
No rust, dings, dents. Bedliner
Needs a little work but nothing major (mostly comfort stuff)
Plans, not sure yet. Fix what needs fixing first i guess, needs an exhaust, few things in the cab need lookin into (stereo and shit like that)


Needs to be washed, the roads where a mess today

quick question, being its a 98 does that mean its got the 2.5 or was the 2.3 an option as well?

i don,t know,you'll have to get your vin # and decode it in the tech library.some of the other members will be more up to speed on that.

in the GVWR myines got the let Y and its not in the drop down?
It was built up in the St. Paul MN plant :)

Yeah, I do have Rangers Too. I have 5 Rangers and only 4 pintos. I have a 4wd Taurus as well. Well, I have the makings of one anyway. I am not wealthy, I can't afford all my toys, I just can seem to make a decision on which one I like the most. Someday....
