Led light bar roof mounts

Anybody make some yet? Or have any ideas? I just order a 50" bar tonight and will need to make so or im going to just be holding it out the window when the time comes lol
 
50" on your ranger will be way too big. The 50" on my 2000 f150 is wider than the doors. I bought a 40" tor my ranger, which is just right...

My winshield was like 52 inches wide when i measured it, i want it to be a bit wider anyway. Hope i didnt mess up though...

Am i going to have to weld these on? Or can they be bolted on? Does anyone have pictures of the inside of the door and how they attached it? I really want to put this on

Does anyone make 42" bar mounts? I looked everywhere I mounted them to my headache rack in the meantime

That's funny. I made something similar for my F150 when I mounted my 50" curved. Definitely going to redo it, and sell my curved bar for a straight...

My Question

Has anyone noticed a significant drop in mileage with installation of the LED type bars. I installed a Carr bar and 4 KC's on my '92 back in the day and I swear I lost 3-4MPG.

Not a big deal in 93, significantly more important now. As my '99 is my traveling/long distance exploration rig I'm trying to be mindful of mileage penalties.
