Would have to see an actual measurement for it.

It advertises itself for a 6" lift, and they also have one (FD400) for 4" lift, so I figured it must be larger...?

I have been keeping an eye out for something other than the skyjacker FA600 one for a few years, and this is the first one I've seen. (The $200+ price tag makes me wanna replace the whole steering if Im going to spend that kind of money for just the arm.)

I'll call Pro Comp today and ask them the specs of it cause if it is the dimensions of the Skyjacker I'm buying it today...

interested in this one too, just did my lift and need one asap....lol

Jim said as far as he could find out and what he knew about them, they were the same. I sent him a PM yesterday about them...

Hold off on the ProComp FD600. It looks like there may be a change on 1999 and newer Fords.

So does that mean it will still work for trucks below 99'? They have the same part number.

No, they are for 99.5 to 05 trucks. We have to use the FD400 on anything from 99 and back. I'm worried this will just be the same size as a Superlift arm, which wont fix my problem...

I put a fd500 on my 86...

I can measure the drop on my 500 if you want...I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this part

If you could, measure and take a pic at the same time. Also tell us your source and pricing if possible.
Thanks,

Richard

I measured it at 6 inches top to bottom. That's from the outside edges. Looks like 5 inches on the inside...weird part to measure...
