4.0l ohv swap to sohc

I have a 2000 Ranger 4x4 with a 4.0l ohv that needs some work- I stumbled across a 2000 Explorer SOHC engine and was wondering if this is a direct swap? Will the transmission bolt up without adapters? will the wiring plug right in? Are the motor mounts the same? any help will be greatly appreciated.

You will need the engine, wiring, computer, Y-pipe, and custom tune to bypass PATS.
 
or a stand alone system. the cheapest one that would run it is $1700

He's talking about an aftermarket computer to take the place of the factory system.

a "stand alone" system is an entirely aftermarket computer system
