Jim, whatever happened to the TRS Fab part? I remember you were producing the winch bumper and the differential cover and such? Why didn't they ever some out?

I'm guessing it just became to big of Hassle to get the steel and then shipping on top of that. also there is a few Forum Users that are now vendors for TRS I believe MetalMcguyver Is one who makes Diff. covers. and Ruffstuff Also makes diff. Covers.

I got the bumper pieces bent up. I'll have it all welded this week. Interested?

I am. I don't know when, but I always thought they were cool and watched for the updates. Then all of a sudden, they disappeared. More curious what happened to them.

What was the price range for the bumper?

Shipping would be a bit pricey.

if it could be in my hands for under 500, I would be interested.

I'm making an updated version of the one on TRS-2. I'll sell it to someone for $350.00. I can travel up to 100 miles from 44432 to deliver it if someone will pay for my fuel.

I don't want to ship this one. I'd like to install it on the truck it's bought for. I want to ensure it bolts up ok and make sure the new owner is happy with it. It's held on by (4) grade 8 bolts and you could litterally swap the stock biumper for this one in a parking lot.

It even comes with a removeable fairlead mount.

I'll post some pics in a few days.

I'll tell you what. I am in Buffalo, but if this thing looks how I am expecting, I will meet you halfway. That's 100 miles. And my bumper is already gone and canned.

The bumper will just have primer on it. I was going to sell them bare, but I want something to keep it from getting rusty.

I want to take it to get an estimate for powdercoating for future reference, but I think trail bumpers take so much abuse, powder coating isn't worth it. You'll probably end up repainting it anyway.

I would line-x it. Oh yeah.

The one I'm making now fits 93-97. I'm doing a second design for the 93-97 once this one is done. It will be more of a flat plate design.

Then I'll be doing a design for the 89-92 Gen II Rangers.

I'm still looking for a '98 and newer Ranger to see what I can make for that.
