Just grabbed an 84 4x4 to use as a beater for the winter. Was a plow truck in its former life, probably why the clutch is done..... Anyway, price was right - FREE!

Sounds like you have a 2.8 lurking under the hood...or maybe a 2.3...those are rare and I've never seen one in Canada...yet.

Hidey Ho there, neighbour! I'm also from Saskatchewan. I live in the South East, corner, about a 20 minute drive from the Manitoba border. I picked up my third Ranger last fall, a 1990 2wd extended cab with a 2.9 V6.
 
Thanks guys. Its a 2.8, just got it back in last night, had to do the clutch....

And I'm in saskatoon 90rangersk
