Damn wish i was there sunday, I got out there about 4 after work but they were kicking everyone out. I had alot of fun out there all day saturday and stayed for the burning man. The ranger never got stuck, I did almost roll it though on a steep descent. There was one point where she refused to start after a deep river crossing but I dried it out and fired right up. Lots of mayhem, some guy broke his leg at the log crawl while trying to move a huge log, fell on his leg and snapped it like a twig. Then someone rushing to help him on a four wheeler lost control going up a steep embankment flipped it backwards and it landed on some guys FJ cruiser. I also gave the ranger her first rock rash. Ill get pics up when I can.

can you say 200ft flames they poured diesel fuel on it and sparked it with a flair gun.

i heard about the guys leg and the atv. i left beacuse my rig wasnt happy after beain dunked. i needed a new air filter and a wiper blade. we had a heavy shower while me and adam were there....made things interesting for adam to get out to the main road with his 1wd.

yeah saturday it poured three or four times and it turned into a mud fest and raised the water level on all the crossings a few inches. I couldnt bring myself to stop wheeling til they made us shut em down at 11pm. Its a shame they wont be holding any more events there, place is the shit.

well, i unlocked my hubs after the fest at the drive way. i forgot to unlock them yesterday. so when i thought i unlocked them i locked them. so basicly i was in 2wd low all day. they would explane why i needed runs to get up the creek beds and the sand was slowing me down more then yesterday lol

Final brake count as of before pulling my hubs apart:

Pass side front U joint
Driver side axle or shattered bearing. Can't tell but there's a ton of play.
Tie rod bent to hell
transfercase skid not supporting transfer case

And I must have snagged my breather hose on something cause the hose clamp wasn't around it. So I'm sure I got some puddin'.

Time for high steer for sure.

I'll up date my brake count and get picks up tomorrow.

Yea I had fun i went and played around on the rocks in the river and smashed it up a bit but had some fun, Im sure someone on colorado4 has pics there were alot of people watching ill post them up
