You know those Hankook Dynapro ATM Tires on your new Ranger? They are Discontinued

MTs are generally not a great snow option for sure. I'm considering going the AT for winter and MT for the other seasons route once tires wear out. I have two sets of rims (steel and aluminum). So the MTs will go on the steel rims once the winter tires wear out and the ATs on the aluminum rims once the Hankooks wear out. Steel is easier to redneck repair if damaged on the trail for a limp home than aluminum even if it is heavier. I already have the ATs on the aluminum rims on the 2011 and the winter tires on the steel rims are just about through their useful life cycle on the steel rims. A couple of the rims do need to be replaced because of rust issues anyway. So the timing is good.
