wrong dip stick

are you getting any oil on the dipstick at all? my neighbor has an old f250, kept putting quart after quart in and still nothing showing on the dipstick, his dipstick tube was rusted out at the bend so the dipstick was going outside of the engine

Yeah it was about halfway, now I have the new one it's way over the max line.
I don't know what I was thinking putting all that oil in, I'm sure it's not the first time it's been over filled though lol
