Would you buy it?

Do you do alot of camping?
I wouldnt buy it unless i didnt have a camper or didnt do much camping

i guess I don't see the point. I can get a REAL 9x9 tent up in 30 minutes or less and these cost less than $50 and come with more space....

And I'm not screwed if I ever sell my truck...not that I ever do long trips in the Chevy (gas mileage isn't all that good).

yeah, plus you need all the room for all your tools and spare parts while driving a chevy.:D

To be honest, the Sploder gives me much more grief. Search my threads on the FN brakes, for instance.

The Chevy isn't practical for road trips due to poor mileage, the absence of air conditioning, safety design resembling a crashing aircraft (back window behind a low back bench seat with only the FUEL TANK protecting the driver), and the thought of putting a child car seat in this thing (lab belts SUCK for this).

The Exploder works quite a lot better even if I can't keep the brakes working properly (though they seem to work fine now -- knock on vinyl; I'm driving it to Palmdale tomorrow).

its just my ford biased opinion. even though i work at a chevy dealer, i have one of those stickers of my truck peeing on a chevy bowtie! LOL. my boss loves it!

I do a lot of camping and wouldnt buy one. A regular tent is more practical and a 1/4 the price. Take the extra $150 you save and buy some new gear or something else you dont have for camping yet.
