Would these fit a 2002 Ranger Edge?

Bridgestone Dueler A/T P255-70R18 w/ Jeep rim

Wrong bolt pattern came off a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I was hoping they would fit. I want larger tires but don't want to pay retail for the wheels.

no rubs

the front bottoms out sometimes tho
