They used to make more engines, but the factory burned down. They sold Viper V10's at one point, those are extremely, extremely rare now.

Just use an oil can once in a while. Engines don't need pressure lube. With that thing not being under load, and as tiny as it is, it barely needs any cooling either.

Guess nobody clicked the link, I'll make it more obvious. The v-12 posted above simply makes me raise an eyebrow due to Conley Precision having been around so long. This is exactly what they do. I've purchased one of their fuel pumps before for an R/C engine that I had been porting out and what not, they make some good stuff.

Looked like the v12 was running on it's own to me. The long tubes sticking way out was the air intakes or something, I think. The muffler was the silver can on one end.

Going in the other direction....I did a search for an engine I saw in a magazine in the early 90's. It is two Chevy 350's welded together to make a V-16,I know I know,it's a Chevy but really cool. I found a picture but couldn't figure out how to upload it. It's in a museum called The Smith Collection but they don't have any info about it,it was in Super Chevy magazine around 92 to 94.

I mulled over this for a long time in my machine tool class in high school. Our teacher let the advanced students make whatever they wanted. I was planning on making a mini 2cyl 4 stroke SOHC engine. I had the block all done in Mastercam and was working on the head when one of the machine tool 1 students unplugged the 4 axis from the air feed and the head slowly crashed into the vice.

That broke the (apparently fragile) chuck and it was useless until we got a new one. Never got a new one. I was very irate. I wound up making a slide valve steam engine instead. But for oiling I was going to use an external pump driven by the distributor and very small brass tubing to feed the oil to the head. I designed the block around working with meccano including holes drilled in the block spaced and threaded to match.
