i second that one.. no matter how nice the germans and italians make their cars, theres nothing like the sounds of dual flowmasters and drag radials smoking an intersection up when the light turns green and they launch.. american muscle old or new is just damn cool. hands down

Thanks for looking, guys. These were taken from the roof of the Detroit Zoo parking garage. It's a great spot because nobody really watches from up there. I'm a zoo member so I can park up there for free. I had wanted to walk Woodward and get a lot of street level shots, but my bad back told me to go home. I can't complain too much, since it hasn't even been 3 weeks since my back surgery, so it's a small miracle I was even able to go. There are many hundreds more cars parked all along Woodward. The monster truck Blue Thunder was parked there. The cruise draws over a million people each year, and people come from all over the place for this event. I don't know any other event where you can see pretty much every car ever created all in one place. Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Deloreans, and everything old and new in between. It is a blast! If any of you guys outside of Michigan can ever make it down, you won't regret it!
