Won't start!!!

I just bought a 95' explorer 4.0 3 door 5 speed 4x4, I swapped the engine with a 96' 4.0 basically everything was identical in the swap but now it won't start. I changed the top portion of the cam position sensor and the crank sensor.. checked all fuses and replaced the pump. Can someone help me figure this out please! Thanks!

check the basics. i know it sounds stupid but things like unplugged computers or even batterys can be overlooked. did it run before the swap? is it getting fuel?

It is getting fuel up to the injectors but they won't squirt through. I replaced all the relays (with some I got in a boneyard) Went through a couple of times and double checked plugs, grounds etc.. Basically fuel won't go through the injectors. It seems like it is getting good fuel pressure but idk if maybe the fuel pump could be weak??

Is it getting spark? If so, spray some carb cleaner in the intake and see if it starts. Go from there.

If none of the injectors are pulsating, look for a common ground maybe. It would be highly unlikely that all of them would fail at once, and these injectors don't rely on fuel pressure to fire.

But do they rely on a cam sensor signal for proper timing to pulsate ?
He did change the top half of the cam sensor.
