Hi new to the group. Picked this baby up a week ago. PO said it was his daily till it sat all winter and wouldn’t start. I’ve fixed a no spark issue (EEC relay misplaced) and the fuel pump was wired incorrectly, now I’ve got 40psi at the rail which drops to ~35psi on startup (it stays at 40 with the vacuum line unplugged on the fuel pressure regulator). I’ve replaced the IAC and Cleaned the MAF with MAF cleaner. It will start and die in 5 seconds after reviving up briefly or stay idling very roughly till I turn it off Also Feathering the throttle can help but usually just kills it. Confirmed spark at every cylinder, correct firing order/wiring, and every cylinder is 145-160psi. 150k miles on the odo.
Any help is appreciated, would love to get this thing on the road this spring. Thanks!
