Wolves.

No wolves on my end of Iowa (the unpopulated end). The general population thinks the DNR is releasing mountain lions too, but the DNR alway says it is someones pet when one shows up. My cat is a pet and can barely kill a bird, and can't sneak up on a rabbit without scaring it off... so how are these "pets" mauling horses?

I see coyotes every once in awhile when I hunt, usually they are outside my range, but I usually lob a slug in there direction just to ease any doubts they might have that nobody likes them.

The parts I visit often in the rural northeast corner. Lots of bluffs. I've seen them a few times. If they are someones pet or DNR released, dunno.:dntknw: But you can definately tell the difference between a wolf, coyote ,or dog.....
