I am trying to wire up my transfer case. I have spent all day and haven't gottin it to work.

Here are a few questions I hope you guys could help me with:

What is a Logic Ground?

There are 4 wires that are hot. 1 is always hot. 1 is hot on run/Accy. 1 is hot in start/run. 1 goes to the Ignition (not sure if it is hot).

My question is: Can I wire all of them to a constant hot with a switch? To turn on the 4x4 system when I need it

id say straight to the frame would be the best ground, be sure to clean off all the rust/pait/dirt/mangled roadkill off before so you have a good conection, past that, not a clue, im no good at wireing unless im doeing it from scratch, which i still suck at

ok let me see are you trying to wire in a tcase shift motor on a vehicle that is suppose to have this set up or like i did and it had a manual tcase but you are putting in the automatic

I had a Manual T-case before i did the 4.0 swap. I bought everything. The 4.0, 5 speed manual, and electric t-case in one big part lol.

I went to the junk yard and pulled the 4x4 computer and wire harness. SO i have to wire it up from nothing

oh ok ya that way is a little more involved in doing it but not hard i just havent read the wiring diagram should be fairly easy besides running the wires
