ok all this is my plain and looking for ideas before i start. i just got my poject truck today 86 bronco2 plains are to make it true 2wd and drop a 351 and slam it. Not fully sure if going to bag it or just lower it will figure that out once i slide frame out from under it.Im wandering if anyone has done this and or knows where best sites to get the kits.I dont see any reason i cant use a kit for a ranger but thought id ask here first. Looking to ride with 17s up front 18s in rear. Also looking to mod up a ground effect kit with a set of lambo doors.

I'd look at a Fatman Mustang II front end conversion. The rear can just be reversed to "spring under" but I would bet a C notch into the cab would be required. Airbags sound like a good idea too. Tire clearance is going to be a major issue anyway you go. Not what I see in a BII but good luck. ...........Could I perhaps interest you in some phenlolic intake spacers? LOL?

you should lift it and put some 28" rims and rubberband tires. tinted 5% windows. Neon around in the rear windows in the front grill in the rims and under the body. and sure the lambo doors.

i alrdy have a B2 lifted 6in. riding on 31s i just like them and want a 2wd so why not slam one.up or down i love these trucks so i want the best of both and why not build something different.I think a B2 laying frame look just as good as one 6 in. in the air.

I'm sorry, I just had to. But whatever you want to do, its your truck. Just have fun.

I can't really remember exactly what it takes to lower a Bronco, but I do know they still have a 4x4 crossmember so 2wd Ranger I-beams aren't going to be a direct bolt in. If you're wanting to bag it you might as well build a new frame and use a Toyota front clip, thats the popular thing to do now-a-days. Or you could just put the toyota clip on your stock frame, up to you. There are a few Bronco IIs on the show seen right now that are bagged and body dropped.

I know I'm old, but that B2 reminds me of an old panel van. I wonder what that B2 would look like with the windows replaced with sheetmetal and either a nice solid clean look, or some kind of design/mural on the side? Probably like a Ranger with a cap I guess.

there was somebody here that had planned something along those lines...he wasnted a 2wd, auto B2 with no back windows, i think he said it was for his auto business....
