60in swisher atv plow. I had a thread a while back about whst to get and went whole hog. Looks like a well built rig, still gotta get the base and mount though, but i should be in the whole setup around 500 bucks. Minus the winch. Should give the ol 500 H.O a workout but i seen 450 hondas on youtube shoving them around...so it shouldnt be to bad hopefully.

I suppose angled you are only running like 4' so that shouldn't be too bad.

What’s this “winter” you speak of?

Most years lately, I have to drive a few hours north to find it.

I bought one of these last year... I ain't plowing or shoveling jack.

Its been pretty weak here lately too.

I think wrestling the chains on the tractor in the fall helps chase the snow away. I have been doing that the last two years and so far it seems to really help.

I didn’t even put the plow on my quad last year.
You’ll be fine with a 500 pushing a 60” blade... just don’t wait until you have a foot of snow to push before you go plow, or make multiple passes.

I used my 98 Wolverine 250 to plow my driveway for years... it did fine.

Well that is hardly sporting...

As long as it does better then my 48 Cub im happy.

I was going to paint the plow this summer. Didn't get to it.

I bought my Kioti tractor a few years ago to move snow and this year I cut down some trees so I'll have more room to pile snow. I like using the tractor but snow still sucks.

I got a front blade with my deere mower I bought this spring , think its a 42” or 48”. Have chains and rear weights for it too. I was going to get a 3-point blade for the allis (before I found this mower) but I’ll pass on that for now. Ive seen a few wheel horse blades for sale lately, Ive thought about putting a blade on it, much better tractor than that hydrostat deere, putting tiller on / off is quite a pain though. Havent had a real winter in years, gets cold but very little snow. May just put new winter tires on the escape & not worry about it. winter tires for the ranger & hhr are upstairs, the ranger is better in snow but the hhr has a better heater, not that the heater did anything for me when I rolled it into a field last winter, Im surprised it was still useable afterwards.

I forgot to mention, get some heated hand grips.
