Gads, hope it's not the GEM module... any and all inputs appreciated!
 

Do the wiper still work? If yes then it won't be fuse 16.
Looks like there is a relay for it in the "Battery Junction Box" I'd probably start there. It'd be a convenient place to check power from the GEM and to the motor.

Side note. If it uses a relay anyway, why does the GEM have to have anything to do with it? Does the dash switch use 5v? I guess in a worst case scenario you could add a small button somewhere to trigger that relay yourself.
