It's 7.4 gb for the 64 bit version.

Ahhh... Max size for 32bit is only ~900mb
Less if your OS has accumulated most of the updates as windows updates
won't download unnecissary/redundant bits...
On my Desktop is was only 90mb, on my notebook 40some mb.

My computer just had an update (brand new lenovo laptop) and it was only 502MB in size. Thinking about going to Ultimate (old computer with problems has that) for the heck of it.
