Yes they will but you may have to cut a little more front fenders than what I did. I put a 3" body lift on my 89 Ranger 4x4 and cut the rear fenders where they start to flair out. I only had to trim a little off the back of the front fenders, however I also have 1" spacers under my coils. Just watch how wide of tires you put under it. Ive got 12.5's under the front with some rubbing at full turn. However, I did put 14.5's under the rear and they rubbed the leafs, so I made some 1.25" spacers. Other than that I have no problems with flexing em. Just make sure you double check your fender cuts for any sharp edges or small pieces that could eat a sidewall (I learned this the hardway after not checking my buddies cut who was helping me with it, ate a 14" gash in a sidewall first time out) Hope this helps ya.
