Will 33x10.5's fit????

I have a lifted '96 mazda b4000 (~4.5 inches) with skyjacker extended radius arms. Can I fit 33x10.5 tires (probably going to be BFG A/Ts)? Will I need new rims or will stock be ok (15x7)? My 31's rub a little right now but I haven't adjusted the bump stops after my lift. Seems like I might need new rims and slight fender trimming?
