Why cant I post attachments?

Hi, Im new to the site. I am interested in having some pics in posts.
But when i go to do this, I dont see anywhere to bring in an image from my files.
The FAQ says there'd be an attachment icon.....dont see it. Then the POsting Rules box says I cant attach images.....dont understand why...

Need some help here....!

If you want to upload a picture of your truck, you have to go to http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=62

I want to be able to put pics in my threads, (not post one of my truck).

Like if you have a pic of a procedure, and you want to have it be with your text. How is that done? Thanks Jim~!

Aren't attachments only allowed by Pd Members and Staff?

Otherwise, you'll have to host your photos somewhere and remote link to them.

Support the site and become a premium member.
You can then attach your pics wherever you please

Anyone can use the img tags to display pictures they have at sites such as cardomain, etc. If you post in the gallery you can link your images in other forums. Anyone can go to the Submit Tech forum and upload attachments. If you have a procedure, that's probably the place to upload your attachment.
