why audiobahn does/doesnt suck

the tweeter is pretty nice. definitly the star in this set. the midbass is is good. the midrange is slightly harsh. overall, this is probably the best set of budget speakers.

I need them to fit into the factory 5x7/6x8 opening, though. The PG's you linked are 6.5" speakers. Are the Audiobahn's really that bad?

from what im told audiobahn components suck. they distort easy and sound crappy. i have mb quart components in my truck and love em. go to www.sonicelectronix.com this is where i bought mine. but find him on ebay as his ebay prices are alot cheaper

I don't see any MB Quart 5x7 or 6x7 component sets on their website.

Given that I had $25 in my PayPal account already, I went ahead and grabbed the ones I linked. I'll re-eBay them if they turn out to be junk. For $25 out of pocket on a set of components I can't be screwed that badly.
