Who's done a SOA conversion on a CJ?

Some one gave my old pastor an old CJ. I couldn't tell you the year or specific model.

A buddy of mine gave me a extra set of very used 33" BFG Wranglers. I have some old wheels hangin around my garage.

We're thinkin about doing a spring over axle conversion on the CJ to gain enough room to clear the 33's I'm giving him.

We're on a verry limited budget too.

So who's done a conversion like this, and just what all is involved?

And yes, I've done my research, but i'm still in the dark.
