White Stuff Poser Pics......

Eh, I don't think he has to. I think I summed it up pretty good.

hehe he can make fun of my old truck all he wants. i just got a new 96 ranger

ya iron ranger did sum it up. No i'm only 17 and i'm grounded from the computer that is why i'm not talking, and also i chose 2wd because i originally lowered the truck 5", so i did fall in love with an old rust bucket, but like he said my pride and joy is there in that truck, and also for being on a budget i'm real happy with the outcome...

I will be the bigger man and say sorry for being an ass at first.

oh so now your saying yer the bigger man huh? lol just kidding. im only 17 too and am on a limited budget so thats why i was driving that old beater in my pic. got a 96 now though so im happy.

now im not rrying to defend anyone, but not all of us went out and "picked" the ranger we drive. ive had 4 rangers of different generations and they have all been 2wd. not because i dont want a 4wheel drive, but just because thats what came my way when i needed a vehicle. i think that if you build it right you can make it damn capable while also retaining its mechanical simplicity (no bulky axles or driveshafts cluttering things up). my little brother has a 90' STX 4x4 that is bad ass and i would love to own it when hes done with it, but it took him a year and a half to find it.

ya i here ya there, but i don't think an SAS will clutter it up, i want to use the old ford radius arms with myers machine coil buckets and 66-77 deaver 5.5' lift springs, then get a driveshaft made.(easier said than done) But thats the plan....
NO I WASN"T LOOKING AT PORN:icon_surprised:

Arent we all in love with old rusty piles of shit??? I thought i could do better than my 91, now i wanna sell my 99 for a Gen II, doesnt matter what it does or looks like, ITS A PRIDE THING!!
Badass truck by the way!!!
Beef

Oh you mean that white stuff.. haha.. I've had some white stuff experiences inside my ranger with some females.. Damn no room inside the cab rangers. at least I have an extended cab but the subs in the back limit the mobility of the seats ^_^ .... :icon_twisted:

yea thats understandable. i was just kinda curious what made him pick a 2wd over a 4wd. lol not to be mean but i think its kinda funny how he aint even talking lol.

2wd offroading is all about driver skill, if you get stuck, there is no pulling a lever to get unstuck. the correct lines need to be picked, lots of chances/risks taken and sometimes a little digging and winching. I pesonally enjoy it more b/c there is a greater chance of getting stuck which requires me to focus more and learn to drive better so that when i do get into a 4x4 i CAN go anywhere. usually get a big rush while going thru a big mud hole and the truck starts to bog near then end and im just hoping she wont run out of steam or bury up before i can get thru it.

And to all the naysayers, a locked 2wd WILL go places an open diffed 4wd can. if you gear right and can crawl, it is easy to outdo a 4x4. do it all the time to my best friend in his toyota. he looks like this too:annoyed:
