which walbro pump and install kit fits a 1995 ranger W 2/3L ?

I think I can see your point here....how can I change the transfer number? I can't seem to find a spot to change it in the "special forces gas" program...

im not experienced with sniper but have seen tutorials and it looked like one of the drop down menus was for the maf to select which one. you can go on snipertunigforums and find out which one would match your difference in transfer function you need.

maybe... i dunno just my 1 cent.

The Sniper Bazooka could very well be the last MAF sensor you purchase. Stop spending time and money on "bandaid" devices that only extend your factory MAF meter.

Within minutes, you can have the Sniper Bazooka installed and performing the way you expect.

Our 95mm ‘Draw Through’ Bazooka MAF Meter supports up to 900HP without pegging. The Sniper Bazooka Mass Air Meter is ready for battle. If you're serious about your vehicle's performance, it's time for you check out the Sniper Bazooka MAF sensor.

so at 900 hp it will read about 5 volts, so at 300 hp it theoretically would read 1.67 volts. i would have to agree about the resolution.. you should find a maf designed for the amount of horsepower you expect to flow.

well, update...

we can get it to run 10 psi, but it seems to cut out a bit while under boost...

runs fine, and then it jumps lean, and then goes back to rich again...

I thought it was a missfire(or the spark being blown out),but we have tried running different plugs, and tightened up the gap to .035", and that doesn't seem to work...

any other suggestions?

does it get worse the more boost you run?

I had a burned spark plug wire and it ran fine at idle and cruise but any time the cylinder pressures would go up, it would misfire. about 10psi seemed to be the limit.

I also had a split cylinder wall do the exact same thing, just at 15psi instead.

Are your wires close to your header? check the continuity of your wires with a multimeter, they may be burned.

okay, update....we got it running well finally.

we had to set the maf to the 90mm lightning maf in the list, and we had to change the intercooler size from medium to small....which tells me that it was detonating a little bit too....

we also had to change some of the fuel settings to get the afr at idle right, but otherwise, the transfer function seems to be set right anyway.

Thanks for all the help folks, I hope I don't have anymore problems with this project.

Wow, this sniper tuning stuff is odd. Not like any tuning software I've ever used or even run across.

speaking of tuning software, and hardware, does anyone here recommend a better setup than the sniper kit?

For your application I believe there is also SCT stuff available, but I honestly don't know much about it, I only know the older OBDI stuff.
