wheres horn on 94 ranger?

does anyone know where the horn is located on a 94 ranger? When facing the front of the truck, hood up, there is one in the back right of my engine bay; however, this horn is innoperable. Is this one the stock one? If not, where is the stock one?

The horn itself is up in the very front of the driverside front fenderwell, behind the plastic fender liner.

Yep. If I recall correctly, you can kind of get to it from underneath, but popping the driver's wheelwell liner out should put you right there. The horn that you found in the back of your engine bay isn't stock.
