...on my 88 Ranger. I looked under the driver side dash and couldn't find it. Sorry if this is a silly question.
 
Look under/behind the Power distribution fuse box under the hood
 
My 88's is located near the air box, under the hood, passenger size.

Thanks guys. I'm going to scan it for codes tomorrow. (Yes, I have to work on New Years Eve.)
