where is everyone from ny??

Lower Westchester County for the most part. Been here almost 9 years and ain't found sh*t. Rest of my time I'm in Southern/Central NJ.

I live like 10 min away. They do have a good selection of RBV stuff there. I haven't been there since last summer cause I havent broke anything on my Ranger. They dont have anything for my DD Dakota since its newer. I wont go to Dons, that place is a ripoff!

All Don's does is walk next door to Gary's and pull parts off their cars to sell for outrageous prices. None of the Nissan Altima's at Gary's have alternators but Don's is high in stock.

I will be in NY coming up in Sept to Ft. Drum and looking for some wheelin clubs to get introduced to the NY scene!!

Which clubs are you referring to? Are you on wnymudders.com. It's lame but they are trying.

Yeah wnymudders.net and wnyofforad.org

Theres some dirtbike/atv trails in Niagara County that are accessible by RBVs. Liberty rd in Wheatfield.

i live in rochester, ny and am a member of team mudnuts 4x4 club (mudnuts.org)
we are in the process of finding new places to wheel that aren't so far from home. we normally make the treck to rauch creek in pa. we also go to whispering pines which is in lyons ny, about 1/2 hour toward syracuse from rochester. i have a jeep and a ranger, we don't discriminate but we do have a lot of jeeps in the club.
we usually go to whispering pines once a month, rauch creek also about once a month. usually open to another few rigs if you ever want to join us. the website has a calander and upcoming events section in the forum. it is up to date so take a look and let someone know if you'd like to join us. there is a ride to both places on either june 13or14.

how is whispering pines, do you think a stock ranger could make the trails?

whispering pines is stock freindly for the most part, you can usually go around the nasty stuff. When its wet it can get real slippery and some of the lower trails can fill up with water.

haven't been on the site in a while.
this coming weekend, not sure what i'm doing, my friends are going to rauch creek in PA
then on the 18or19th theres a ride at whispering pines
he's right, most of the trails will work for your stock ranger and what you don't want to do, there is usually a place to get by. i hope your not afraid of pinstriping...
send me a pm if you'd like to join us

i wish i could go with you guys but i gotta work , and i tooks 9 days off from yesterday to next tuesday , so i can't get anymore time , if you guys do anything between august 9th and 20th let me know

i live in upstate ny between rochester & buffalo :icon_thumby:

Hey just moved to Baldwinsville, just out side of Syracuse. I got a stock 86' BII with mud tires and was thinking about checking out whispering pines hideaway. Any one been, how hard are the trails? does it cost too wheel?

well from what was just posted above, it sounds like stock trucks can make the trails. there are a few videos on youtube, they also have a website with the fees listed.

i had only been up that way once to go to school, i took 812 to get to 3 never heard of that town though
