I have never found one. I have made something that resembles it using 10mm foil backed foam (the kind used for noise proofing the floor of a car.

You might find NOS on Amazon or eBay with some persistent searching. There are a variety of aftermarket replacements by Hurst, Spectre, Holley, and others that will likely work.

Has anyone considered using the rubber sheet they use for a pond liner ? Its pliable, strong, and can take a lot of abuse.
