I build crap for my truck!

Here's the results of my work from midnight to 4:30am this morning....crappy light and camera phone make for ugly pics, but more will come when the sun shines...

first off your project turned out real nice  ,if i was into round bumpers i'd scrap my design and do something like yours. i happen to like the square design like i did mine for better footing if i have to stand on it, don't like falling off :black_eye: already been there. if you think your pics are crappy [which FWIW look pretty good] some things you can try: make sure your lens is clean, even if it looks clean don't mean it is. and try not to have the majority of your lighting focused on your subject as i have found this to be a contributing factor of glare issues. also depending on functions that your camera phone has you can adjust the brightness factor to eliminate some of the glare naturally. just some things that work for me. [ kinda like hooked phonics]

Well, I have half a roadarmor style bumper sitting in the shop left overfrom a f*ck up on the last bumper project when I made 2 rights instead of a right and a left. I went with the tube style to keep weight down for my 4bt swap. I tried to get rid of some of the glare, but taking photo's in a shop with a flood light behind me because the overhead lights don't light up under the truck caused most of it.

Man, I love working in the middle of the night when I think how other people are just wasting their time sleeping. Pshhhh, who needs sleep when you go steel, a grinder and a welder!

I tried to work in the shop at school while I was tired as fawk and waiting for the bell to ring so I could go get laid. Ended up forgetting that I took my leathers off and reaching to move a hot piece of metal.

*hisss*

Smelled like bacon. Didn't even feel it at first it just felt really.. cold..

Agreed, when I get the urge to build something I cant stop. Its like im addicted to drugs or something.

Yup, tuck the GF in bed then go back outside and pull out the welder...when it's 33*C/90*F outside, who wants to be welding and grinding anyways? I do it at night so I don't sweat so damn much...
