ya what ever i hit i hit it hard. I looked at it after i got out of the hole and it was like frozen moss that had been rutted out so many times before. it was so solid.
 
No, but I can get some. Basically when I put the body lift in and raised the bumper, the bottom of the frame rails where showing, so I made some rail extentions basically that I bolted to the frame and they run under the bumper. Then I made a brace that went between them.

yea bro, if you can snap a pic i would appreciate it. i got a 3" body lift and am trying to figure out the best way to mount some clevis on the front.
 
Sorry it took so long...here is the picture of my D ring mount. It is bolted to the frame with 2 1/2" grade 8 bolts( I didn't sleeve the frame, I just made a plate out of 1/4" steel with 2 holes in it to use as a big washer so the bolts wouldn't collapse the frame) then there is a cross member welded to them that runs in between. Seems to be working great so far.
