Will a late model stock wheel molding with the fake bolts fit an `03 Ranger? Also is the molding slightly wider than the `03 type?

The wheel wells have been the same since 93+. As longs as your truck has flares it will already have the holes in it. As far as I'm aware the FX4-style flares use the same mounting points as the regular fender flares.
