Well I changed out my passenger side hub assembly yesterday let me just say HOLY CRAP well first things first the rotor was seezed on the hub so out came the bfh and about 5 mins later off it came. Next on to the great pvh ( genious) well after trying to pry that damn thing off for I don't know how long I even used the jig saw blade idea for the tabs well anywho after the first two tabs went snap so I tried a pry where the tabs were and the damn plastic casing snaped in half leaving the gears inside the hub assembly GREAT. Enter the cut offwheel after cutting the after cutting the hub assembly to the keeper slot down to the gears not the axle shaft so i was able to pry out the rest of the hub with neetle nose pliers and a vice grip. Next up the brake caliper bracket the bottem bolt came out tough but it came out now the second bolt got half way out and then SNAP half the bolt broke in the treaded end of the caliper bracket unfortunatly I wasn't able to get it pressed out and had to give it up for the day so today I am hoping to get it pressed or drilled out then tap the threads and new bolt and hopefully it should be good as for the hub well I went ahead and orders some AVM hubs so we shall see sorry didn't take the cam so I have no pics of the fiasco.

I hear ya man, my hub gears rusted themselves shut to the axle inside the hub assemblies. I chiseled 3 notches in each hub assembly and got them out. Unfortunately, I had to buy new hub assemblies to replace perfectly good ones. It sucks, I know. Ford discontinued this design for a reason.

Good luck with the rest of the stuff.
