Sure. Drink enough and you're forced to run to pee every 10 minutes. Can't avoid being active then! Actually water does do pretty well. Rehydrates you and gets your blood flowing.

Those energy drinks were just too nasty for me, never drank them. Tried that Vault soda for a while but didn't get much of an effect out of it. Just getting in my truck every morning and having it start is enough to get me wired for the day!

i drink the green monster all of the monsters are good and nos every now and then i had a cocaine before burnt going down it was terrible i didnt get anything from it the only thing i do get energy from is kronic i only have seen 2 stores that sell it back home oh and rockstars taste terrible its all my bro drinks he gets them by the 8 pack

I only drink water, beer or fruit/vegtable juice. So called "Energy Drinks" are nothing more than soda loaded with more sugar and caffiene. Most taste like shitty liquid candy. Nasty.

Then again, I am kind of a health freak. Best energy drink I can think of is 7 - 8 hours of good sleep every night, eating well, and getting lots of exercise. Works for me!
