whats wrong with this pic?

that 'brake on the axle' is called a pinion brake. Uber common.

ive only seen it on monster trucks. cant imagine one brake doing very good for 2 large wheels though.

thing is,the brake is on the pinion....that means it's effect is multiplied by the diff gears, which in this case are over 7:1.so at the wheel,it's like having 7 of those brakes.
this also means it is turning 7 times faster than the wheels,so they heat up fast.

This is a legit bronco it's a 4x4 club out my way there is this a couple of jeeps and have seenthis thing in action at browns camp and sand lake it's just a little wider then a jeep and at browns you can wheel full size if you want body damage on some trails. But this isn't a photo shop pic this is a real truck

Skinny has been the new thing with Rockkrawlers for a few years!!! I remember watching an Extreme 4x4 show several years ago and they were doing this to a Krawler to make it fit on some real extreme trails. We saw some real skinny rides in 2008 at Moab, Utah. I saw a few driving on 191 and thought they were so cool looking. That will probably be our last time out there. I just can't travel as much as I used to. But it was a blast!!

That's some dedication right there, and some clean work.

Aren't they supposed to hump on the rear end? Maybe it's just going at his leg like most doggies...

can you tell what sperates this from the rest? besides the rockwells and what not, im sure gwaii could figure it out. whoever done it must of been more determined than i would be, i dont really see the point in doing it actually
