What's up with 800700tran?

I ordered a valve body from them on 11/18, got the automatic receipt right away, but no ship notice. I've been calling the 800 number since last Friday and nobody answers.
Anyone else having problems?

I even searched the Tampa newspaper online looking for any tidbit.
It's possible they're closed for some holiday-related reason, but you'd think they'd put a message up on the phone system.

The number finally answers, but it's an automated answering service and the mailbox is full.

I remember that now; used it when I was splitting up with my ex-wife. Heh.
At any rate, it's irrelevant; I've been in touch with the credit card company, sent an email canceling the order.
There's a Transtar outlet in Pittsburgh, or I'll go through Donny at CVB once the charge is removed from my card.

Update

800700tran actually called me yesterday and left a message with our answering service.
I called back today and got Anna (I think). She said she was going to do whatever she could to get my valve body out by Friday, but I canceled the order anyway.
According to Anna, they were closed during the holidays and then she was in the hospital. By the way, "they" are now known as Affordable Transmission.
She seemed relieved when I canceled the order; I don't think there was a conscious effort to rip me off, sounds more like they're having trouble staying in business.
That's a shame, but I don't want it to be my problem. There's a Transtar outlet here in Pittsburgh and I can get a VBX valve body there next week; no shipping and I can inspect the unit before I buy.
