what do u guys think i could squeeze in?
got a 1992 ranger single cab long bed with 5inch front suspension 3 inch rear and a 3 inch body lift. right now i got 32x11.50x15 bfgoodrich mud terrains on 15x10rims. next tires i want are tsl boggers i want to max out my width on these rims.

or anyother tires people recommend? if not boggers.
Note: mostly drive on a lot of mud and sand

I'm close to the same, 6 inch suspension 3 inch body and I'm running 34 x 10.5 LTB's still lots of room to stuff some tire under it.

If you want the boggers i'd go with the 35x10.50R15's, that should fit quite nicely with the amount of lift you have.

33x14 with 3 inches and fender chop.

with 8 inches you should be able to use 35's no prob

I'd agree with the 35x10.50 boggers but not with 10" rims, I'd be looking for 8" or preferably 7" rims.

with a truck that tall the wide wheels are part of what keeps it from rolling,i'de stay with them.they add a few inches to the width

thanks about the bumper!

I can't see how wheel width affects stability, less backsapcing will obvioulsy help since the wheels/tires stick out farther, good luck airing down 10.50s on 10" rims, you're also more prone to getting crap in the beads as well.

i definately woulden't put 10.5's(8 inches wide) on a 10 inch rim.

that said i think you are wrong about stability.the 10" wheels make the same tire stick out an inch or more as its centerline is that much further out(the same as taking an 8" wheel with 2.5" backspacing and putting it on your truck).

i've run 7",8",and 10" rims on my truck all with the same backspacing and what do you know my track width grew with each swap.ran the same size tire on the 8" and 10" rims too.

the extra stability is really the only reason i have 10" rims with 33x12.5's other than that my AT's wear better on the wide rim.i drive like a tard sometimes when beer is in the ice chest and i haven't had my truck on two wheels since i went wide:icon_surprised::taunt:

with a huge amount of lift (8"s) it would be better to keep his 10" wheels.things can get pretty spooky up there even with a 6" lift.and where i drive(and you in washington) sometimes you have no choice but to sidehill where the pucker factor is high.
