What year trucks/other fords have compatible distributors?

Hey Everyone,

I'm going to be headed to the junkyard in the near future to see if I can find a replacement distributor for my 1991 3.0.
(1) What other year and size rangers are compatible?
(2) Are there other fords (not necessarily rangers) that would be compatible?

Looks like 91-95 Aerostar or Ranger with the 3.0 use the same distributor. Also, 94 Mazda B3000 as it's also the 3.0. You can buy a new one for less than reman at Rockauto

Taurus 3.0 distributor should work, 3.8 distributors may work.
