What Would You Do? (Poll)

This is riding off of my "I'm sorry. I did it. I bought a Jeep" thread. I couldn't figure out how to attach a poll on that one.


I bought my 2000 Ranger as a DD a year or so ago. Since then I've done some cheap mods and wheeled her pretty hard, still as a DD. Waiting to go in (possibly) a High Pinion Dana44 and Ford 9"

My budy got his license revoked, so now he's selling his 92(?) XJ with a shotty tranny. Asking price $250

I told him I'd buy it, but I'm still not sure of it's future, or the future of my ranger. I have a few thoughts on my mind in the poll.

I'm thinking about DDing it till it has 200,000 or 250,000 miles or somethign like that, and then go all out on it. That thought has crossed my mind.

I also voted 'Thelma and Louise' it....I would only ever buy either a mint/new unibody jeep or find something with a full frame. I am slightly biased however as I'm a more northern and anything thats unibody'd tends to fall apart rather quickly....

it was the cj, just after WWII, CJ stands for Civilian Jeep, for thsoe that dont know....

FJ- Fucked Jeep
TJ- Trashy Jeep
YJ- Yuppy Jeep

the toyota landcruisers werent my favorite, but definatly the pickups were bad ass, ive owned a few and built many MANY more
