What was your 1st car?

1988 ford ranger xlt, 4x4, 3.9L, singlecab, 83k orig miles on it

the truck that is pictured

1980 Toyota 4x4 20r, 4 spd manual, true locking hubs. That truck was a mud beast.

My first vehicle is the truck I have now, 99 Ranger 3.0 4x4. Jold, my buddy has a 80 yota 4x4 20r 4 speed on some Swamper LTB's. That thing is sweet!

My first vehicle was a 2001 Ranger 2.5...

my first car was a 83 diesel ranger, but never drove it legally, maybe 1 or 2 times, it needed a lot of work, my real first legal car was a 97 toyota tercel 2door, its still in my cardomain garage, thats why my cardomain ID is tercelito, thats little tercel in spanish
sometimes when i remember it i kind of miss it

My first truck was a '84 Ranger I bought for $100 in '91, the guy I bought it off thought he blew the motor (comman problem with the 2.0Ls, drive it hard and the oil will fill up the valve cover until it fills the PCV vent and dumps into the carb., makeing the cylinders Hydo., stoping the motor dead).
I rolled it 6-months later, pushed the roof up enought to replace the windsheild and drove for 6-months more.

Hmmm, 1950 Ford 2 door sedan. Flat head v8, three on the tree. I do miss that old car, but it had weak transmissions and I broke quite a few. Tube AM radio (transistors?). Sure sounded good with glass packs and an old rock screen air cleaner. Paid $90 for it and I drove the heck out of it for my first two years of driving.

95 Honda Civic coupe, 5 speed, VTAKKK, got it free from my uncle, sold it for 2700, gave my uncle 1000 and used the other 1700 to buy my Bronco II

1968 Pontiac Firebird. Actually my grandmother bought it new (I had a hip grandma) and my dad always liked it, so she sold it to him in 1973. It became mine in 1976.

1985 ranger 2.8 auto 4x4 man that thing went through the ringer it lives on in several other trucks my cousin has

1989 4 banger 5 spd notchback mustang

well i just got my first truck , 93 ranger xlt limited edition 118k , but i learned to drive in the family MINI-VAN 6cy frontwheel drive and a crappy tranny, and i drove it everywhere.

Depends on what you consider I had a 87 Nissan 200sx 2 door for a short time till I was tboned on the way to school and it was totalled out drivers side fender and door were crushed all the way into the center console. Thankfully being a dumbkid I wasn't wearing my seatbelt I was thrown into the passenger seat and only received a headache from smashing the drivers window with my noggin lol. Now the vehicle I considered my first was my 1988 Chebby Silverado that I had helped my grandfather restore the body on while I was driving the Nissan. After the accident he sold it to me cheap. We had painted it black and with a 350/700r4 and 4x4 it spent alot of time in the shop with broken parts. That one truck is the sole reason why I cant stand GM products in one month I had to replace: 2 700r4 transmissions and the last time we stuffed it with a th400 so we wouldnt have to do it again, 1 water pumps, 2 sets of spider gears in the rearend, and the motor..
You can say all you want about a gm 350 but that thing and me never got along. All I ever did was very light offroading and hillclimbing too thats what I never understood I did the same trails with my 87 f150,89 jeep cherokee,84 Bronco 2, 91 f250, 2002 Nissan Xterra, and finally the Victim(although granted its buitl for this) and not ONE of them gave me any problems... The most damage I have had since was the 87 f150 busted a ujoint cap and I broke and axle on the victim but I was thrashing the hell outta them and never did that with the Chebby.

No the above isn't my car but its a picture of one the same colour.

1978 Newport. Man. That. Was. a Boat. I didn't buy it new. I bought it from a police auction for a whopping 50 bucks.

Ran great for 3 months. then it threw a rod through the hood. I never did find the rod. I sold it for scrap for more then i paid for it. i think i got a 100 bucks for it for parts.
