what transmision will fit

I have a 1991 2wd. 2.3 liter with the manual transmission. What years/engines would i be able to buy another transmission from. Anyhelp would be great, thanks

'88-'01 2wd 2.3 and 2.5's.

I just wanted to check , would the shifter/boot from the 91 fit on this the same way and align with the hole in the floor?
